La de Laguiole Honoré Durand is a family business that masters several trades: the forge (manufacture of spare parts), cutlery (each leather maker manufactures its knives from A to Z), the forge of Damascus steel. It is even the only artisanal company in France that manages the manufacture of high-end Laguiole knives (ciselages lime and burin…). A high quality knife that has enjoyed many generations. All year round you can even visit the artisanal manufacturing workshop in Laguiole in Aubrac. Come and discover many products around the table and wine.
