Matériel bas de gamme !
Comme tout le monde, je suis allé chez distripool pour les prix affichés. J'ai commandé une bâche barres pour ma piscine de 8x4m. Globalement, ça s'est bien passé. Les problèmes commencent après 1an et quelques jours.... Bien évidemment. L'axe de la manivelle manuelle fourni avec ma bâche se desaxe. Impossible donc d'ouvrir la piscine. Réponse de Distripool (n'essayez pas de joindre le sav par téléphone, s'est impossible) : pièce garantie 1an. Aucun geste commercial, mais un lien pour acheter une manivelle de remplacement au prix astronomique de 180€!!! Donc, vous pouvez prévoir un budget ANNUEL de 200€ pour racheter une nouvelle manivelle Distripool tous les ans. L'obsolescence programmée est le fléau du commerce actuel. C'est exaspérant
