ALIX LAVEAU
In its workshop located in the heart of Paris, Alix Laveau has restored since the late 1990 s paintings and sculptures of all ages and styles. A true passion, he perfectly mastered the techniques of restoration, be it paintings on canvas, frescoes but also sculptures and bronzes. His CV speaks volumes, and several large private or national organizations have called on his talents to give new life to major works that have marked history. Among other things, Alix Lavau was called for the restoration of stucco works in collaboration with C. USA, in the Apollo Gallery at the Louvre Museum between 2002 and 2003, occupied the Statue of Henry IV on Pont Neuf in 2004 and restored the altarpiece awarded to Pietro da Cortonna at the Château de la Longpra.
