Recently acquired by the Icelandair group, Cabo Verde Airlines, formerly TACV (Transportes Aéreos Cabo Verdianos) has totally redesigned its image and adapted a new international development strategy by focusing on the stop over. Change of name, logo, new hub in Sal, connectivity of the country with the world, increase of the fleet, Cabo Verde Airlines does not stop surprising us. It is thus with the joyful colors of Cape Verde and the sweetness of life of the morabeza that the company now serves many destinations like Paris.

Cette compagnie est une arnaque, leur service client ne réponds jamais aux appels téléphoniques et ne répondent presque pas aux mails envoyés non plus. J’ai souscrit pour un remboursement lors de l’achat de mon billet d’avion sous certaines conditions mais jamais je n’ai été remboursé après plusieurs mois d’attente, ils ont même arrêté de répondre à mes emails à la fin et j’ai dû abandonner.
Je ne recommanderais jamais cette compagnie d’arnaque à ciel ouvert

remboursement annulation Covid19
vol réservé le 16/03/2020 - Ile de Sal vers Paris le 18/03 à 8h00, annulé le 17/03 à 18h30 par Cabo Verde, mais pas de proposition de remboursement juste un report ou bon électronique valable 1 an, mais je ne pourrai pas retourner au Cap Vert, je ne recommande pas cette compagnie qui ne rembourse pas.
