Brittany Ferries offers crossings to Britain, Ireland and Spain.

Do not hesitate to specify the nature of your disability (wheelchair, mobility, etc.), your specific needs (equipment, equipment…) and any other information that can help make your crossing more pleasant. Depending on your state of health, the company may ask you to take the advice of their doctor before travelling at sea.
In the maritime station
The sea stations are all equipped with reserved parking spaces, specific wheelchair access and adapted toilets. Wheelchairs may be offered subject to availability. Reservations cannot be booked in advance. Make the request upon arrival at the maritime station. If your health condition requires a specific boarding, present yourself in the maritime station 1 hours prior to departure.
Boarding
If you travel with a vehicle, a sticker will be affixed to your windscreen, during the check prior to boarding (the ignition of the distress lights may also be requested) to enable the stop and shipboard personnel to better identify your vehicle; to direct it to a specific waiting area and place it on board, close to the lifts. Since these locations are not the first accessible, your boarding can take some time. Don't worry about it. If you are travelling without a vehicle, go directly to Brittany's Brittany Ferry when you arrive in the maritime station.
On board
The ships are equipped with a large lift and a number of specially equipped cabins (excluding the fast ship Normandie Express), reservable cabins online and presented under the heading "Cabs for Persons with reduced mobility". Ships also have wheelchairs. Their number is limited and cannot be booked in advance. Ask them upon arrival on board.
The landing
The landing arrangements are identical to those of embarkation. If you are travelling with a vehicle, you will be asked to wait until the other vehicles arrive to facilitate access to the garage. If you travel without a vehicle, you usually have to wait until all motorized passengers have landed to allow the bus to come to you.
