Attention avec Planet Cruise! Non remboursement de votre acompte après plusieurs mois!!!
Réservation début d'année 2020 pour une croisière le 19 octobre 2020. Planer Cruise m'informe fin août que la croisière est annulée et m'annonce un remboursement "sous 45 jours".
Donc courant octobre je les recontacte et on m'indique à nouveau un remboursement "sous 45 jours"!!!
Ca rôle l'arnaque, alors ne voyagez ^pas avec PLANET CRUISE!!
On est le 5 novembre et ...silence radio de PLANET CRUISE.ATTENTION, ATTENTION, ATTENTION!!

NUMERO DE RESERVATION: T956362
Suite à l'annulation de ma réservation prévue en avril 2020, il m'a été proposé de la repousser en octobre 2020 et au vue de la situation actuelle, début juillet il a été prévu de la reporter en 2021.
La croisière pour 8 personnes avait été intégralement payée 13.000 €.
J'ai reçu un mail qui me réclame le paiement des 13.000€ ????
Il est impossible d'avoir quelqu'un de l'Agence !!! pas de réponse a mes mails !!!
Je ne sais plus quoi faire, avez vous pu les contacter ?????
