Havas Voyages : arnaque!
Pour un voyage au Japon prélèvement immédiat de la totalité du voyage presque 2 mois avant le départ alors que le voyage total n était pas encore confirmé par Havas Voyages avec soi disant une réponse sous 4 jours max. 15 jours plus tard malgré de nombreuses relances pas de réponse. Puis on me dit que toutes les prestations sur place ne sont pas confirmées mais sûr je serai remboursée de la totalité immédiatement si je n accepte pas leur nouvelle offre. 2 semaines plus tard soit presqu un mois après le prélèvement par Havas Voyages du montant total on me dit de manière très désagréable au téléphone qu on ne pouvait pas m annoncer de date de remboursement : 2 mois, 2 ans… me dit Havas Voyages! Des arnaqueurs et une entreprise malhonnête!
