What a pleasure, when the freshness settles at the end of the day, to join this charming residence, considered to us as one of the nicest in the department, if it is in the region. But what we also like, apart from the beauty of the mas, the swimming pool and everything surrounding it, are the dishes offered at this table (only in the evening). There is only one menu, which can be adapted according to tastes and possible food allergies, but which menu! From placing in mouth: quality of ingredients, creativity and flavours are at the meeting. It is a colourful and colourful cuisine, which is reinvented every day between Mediterranean inspirations and notes from a remote area. As for the wines on the map, they are an invitation to discover the best wines of Roussillon.
