After two trips in Asia, Klaus Gaiser discovered the Traditional Production methods of Chinese and Japanese food. In 1978, a few times after these trips, he made his first tofu. Due to its success, it decided to sell to a growing audience via the marketing channels of organic products. Later, it develops its activity with seitan, based on wheat protein, always produced according to the same criteria: biological, and consistent with the requirements of the vegan regime.
