J'ai commandé plusieurs articles pour un anniversaire sur le site internet , au vu de nombreux problèmes de livraison je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande ... du coup je me suis rendu en boutique pour compenser ...
mon colis a fait le tour de la France sans jamais s'approcher de mon domicile, c'est grandiose qu'un colis commandé à Bordeaux pour être livré à Bordeaux transite par Paris sans jamais être livré !!!! En me renseignant quelle ne fut pas ma surprise d'apprendre qu'ils s'étaient trompé d'adresse !!! De plus dans ma malchance l'article acheté en magasin n'est pas de la bonne taille! Donc retour à la boutique : il ne peut être remboursé car il n'y a plus l'étiquette rattachée au produit ,dans quel monde du commerce vivent ils ,pour ne pas avoir un appareil à étiqueter ? Plus jamais je ne veux avoir à faire à cette boutique , à fuir absolument !
