Created in 1994, the global competition in Brussels was set up as a world cup championship championship. Since 2006, this competition has decided to assert its international character and organise itself outside its borders. Composed only of wine professionals, the jury brings together the cream of international experts. 40 nationalities are represented in the tasting panel, a diversity that contributes to the unique character of the event. At the end of the competition, only wines (in the three colours) and spirits that have obtained the best results can claim the prestigious medals.
