The SNCF has set up a free service for the disabled: Accès Plus. This is a service that accompanies disabled people and people with reduced mobility from the station to their seats on the train.
The service offers the possibility of buying tickets adapted to your situation, reserving your station welcome and assistance to get on and off the train (Accès Plus is not a service to accompany you during your journey), and access to the information you need to make your journey run smoothly.
