Axa offers Entour'Age long-term care insurance to receive a monthly annuity in the event of loss of independence and to make life easier for your loved ones. You can take out this insurance from the age of 40 to 75. You can choose between two options to cover total and/or partial dependence. In the event of total dependence, membership is simplified with a single question up to the age of 70, for an annuity amount less than or equal to €1,800. You choose the amount of the annuity at the time of enrolment: from €500 to €3,000/month (maximum €1,800 for all enrolments before age 50). In the event of partial dependence, the amount of the annuity is equal to 50% of the amount chosen for total dependence. The annuity is tax-free throughout your life and each year this income is revalued to keep pace with the cost of living. In addition, Axa offers personalized services. For the beneficiary in the event of dependency: assistance with procedures, assessment of home adaptation, organisation of personal services, help in organising the move to a specialised establishment, etc. For the family members who help you: psychological support, setting up solutions to allow the caregiver to rest (intervention of a life assistant, temporary accommodation in a specialised establishment, etc.). Finally, there are optional benefits. The First Expense Capital option provides €3,500 to cover urgent expenses, even in the event of slight dependence if you have taken out the Total and Partial Dependence plan. The Death Benefit option, depending on your choice at the time of enrolment, in the event of death before the age of 85, your beneficiaries will receive a lump sum of €3,500 or the reimbursement of the contributions paid since enrolment, if the death occurs without prior dependence.
