The Association France Coffees Gourmets is the armed arm of the almighty SCAE Europe (note: Specialty Coffee Association of Europe), based in London. The purpose of the group: promote coffee, from import to cup. Means employed: to better select, accompany and gentrifier the bean by developing a body of recognized formations, know-how and know-how that the corporation corporation has long missed here in France.
