Romain Duris who discovered the joys of independence in the streets of Barcelona? Cédric Klapisch is a European exchange program in L 'Auberge Spanish. Universities communicate with each other to allow students to spend a semester, one year or even more abroad, while continuing their course. This concerns the 25 European countries, as well as Iceland, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Bulgaria, Turkey, Morocco and Romania.

For students

France is one of the countries that hosts the most foreign students after Spain, and before Germany and the United Kingdom. This allows a large number of French students to go in turn.

In 2009, approximately 25,000 French students left in one of the 33 proposed countries. Students are going to study on average 6 and a half months abroad under the Erasmus + program. Commercial studies, languages and social sciences remain the favorite subjects of students.

The conditions of access: You must contact your university's international relations officer and provide the following documents: Erasmus motivation letter, letter for application for scholarship and letter of recommendation of 2 teachers.

Financial aid (on file): the Erasmus Community scholarship, the Erasmus supplement and/or the mobility grant reserved for students, possible aid from regional and general councils.

For apprentices

Formerly called Leonardo, this Erasmus + program promotes vocational training in Europe. The program is open to all European Union countries, including Iceland, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Bulgaria, Turkey and Romania. Leonardo allows many students to go to a foreign company every year for a maximum of one year, while receiving a grant from the European Union.

The conditions for registration are as follows: to have European nationality, to have reached at least the level +2, to wish to have an internship lasting between 13 weeks and 12 months, to obtain an internship in connection with the previous training.

Financial aid: a scholarship of EUR 90 per week, a monthly package of EUR 305; one return to the host country reimbursed at the most cost-effective rate; support for language training up to EUR 250.
