Since 1946, Maisons Phoenix places innovation at the heart of the business, at a time when, after the war, France was looking for fast and economic housing to build. Today, the company has developed a unique, original and patented construction process. It combines a steel structure with wood concrete slabs with a lot of advantages compared to construction and architectural wealth. Since the first houses designed in the 50 s, Innovation Phoenix has indeed evolved. More than 3 000 custom and different homes go out of the factories to directly reach land across the country, including many eco-friendly equipment and materials. The trademark is, in particular, the 1 st manufacturer in France to have certified a home NF Approach High Environmental Quality®, to have obtained certification NF Detached Houses. Since its creation, more than 200 000 houses have been built, equivalent to a city of one million inhabitants.
