For those who prefer the countryside: Senior'In Gestion has created the "Les Hameaux" residence concept located in the heart of villages with 1,500 to 5,000 inhabitants in Limousin, Burgundy and the Centre. Composed of 29 houses from 2 to 4 rooms, with terrace and garden in a pedestrian and secure environment, these residences offer a rent from 360 €/month. For those who choose the city: Senior'In Gestion, notably in Occitania, designs secure residences in a green and privileged environment, available in studio to 4-room apartments with terrace.
