Adie is an association recognised as being of public utility which helps people excluded from the labour market and the banking system to create their own business, and therefore their own job, thanks to microcredit. A total of 1,300 volunteers, 80% of whom are retired, support micro-entrepreneurs who do not have access to bank credit, particularly the unemployed and those receiving minimum social benefits. Adie is also developing its approach towards people over 45-70 years old who are interested in starting a business
