This website of the Interprofession des Appellations Cidricoles offers information on the activities of the cider-making sector. A first section is dedicated to the description of the AOC, AOP sector with the key figures of Calvados, Pommeau AOC, ciders and Perry AOP. A second one gives details about the Calvados AOC. The third one describes AOC Pommeaux and the fourth one, the various AOP ciders. You can look for information on a member producer in the last two sections as well as about various recipes for making cocktails, starters, dishes or desserts.
