ALOUETTE (99.1 FM)
Is Alouette? We're in the Northwest. Founded and located in Les Herbiers, in the Vendée, in 1981 by Philippe de Villiers, the station is named after the location of its transmitter at the time: the Mont des Alouettes. It grew and spread on the airwaves. Today Alouette FM is the first regional station in France and covers no fewer than twelve departments. The musical programming is a mix of timeless hits and those that have marked the last twenty years. It includes snippets of national information that alternate with local information regularly throughout the day.
