Plastic arts, design, cinema, music, literature... the Swedish Institute, a cultural centre located in the heart of the Marais in the Hôtel de Marle, promotes Swedish culture through a multidisciplinary and essentially contemporary programme. At the same time, the permanent art exhibition retraces the Franco-Swedish relations of the last few centuries. The courtyard and garden are also open to the public; the Swedish Institute offers some of its cultural activities: summer library, open-air cinema, music festival, contemporary art installations or outdoor exhibition... The Swedish Café offers a very nice little menu. It is very pleasant to enjoy the terrace as soon as the sun comes out.
