Plastic arts, design, cinema, music, literature... the Swedish Institute, a cultural centre located in the heart of the Marais in the Hôtel de Marle, promotes Swedish culture through a multidisciplinary and essentially contemporary programme. At the same time, the permanent art exhibition retraces the Franco-Swedish relations of the last few centuries. The courtyard and garden are also open to the public; the Swedish Institute offers some of its cultural activities: summer library, open-air cinema, music festival, contemporary art installations or outdoor exhibition... The Swedish Café offers a very nice little menu. It is very pleasant to enjoy the terrace as soon as the sun comes out.

Opening time and information on INSTITUT SUÉDOIS

The reception, exhibitions, garden and Swedish Café are open from Tuesday to Sunday from 12pm to 6pm. The garden is closed to the public in the event of an exceptional event and during periods when there is no exposure. Access to all events is free of charge unless otherwise specified. In the event of an evening event, the exhibitions and the Café Suédois will be open until the beginning of the event, except on Mondays. Guided tours for groups and schools: [email protected]
