Office of the Environment of Corsica provides information on fauna, flora, waste, and other environmental topics.
The Office de l'Environnement de la Corse (OEC) is a tourist organisation based in Corte. Their site offers a variety of information on fauna, flora, waste, heritage, sustainable development, aquatic environments, risks, and many other environmental topics. The OEC also organises events and educational activities to raise public awareness of environmental protection. They recently christened their new boat "A Signora" in Macinaghju and took part in the Fête des Mares in Belgodère. The OEC is also involved in waste management and the promotion of the circular economy in Corsica. They work in partnership with other organisations to preserve biodiversity and combat marine pollution.
