MAKA SAO
Located at one hour from Tambacounda (80 km) in the Koussanar area, the tour operator offers 55 000 hectares to hunt the small game. In front of you, in the post or in the past, alone or in a group, you can uncover the many francolins and other dove, guinea fowl, gangas and hares. The very beautiful paintings are frequent. For fans of large game, the approach to warthog is possible.
In the middle of the territory, the Campement Sao camp is located in the municipality of Maka Colibantang. With a great comfort, it has 12 individual boxes built in the local style. The central box includes the bar and restaurant of the complex. The hunting period extends from December 15 to April 30 for most species (January 1 st for game water). It is also possible to pair with a fishing stay in the surrounding area.
