TOUT UN MONDE
Friendly, gourmet and original, Tout un monde is both a coffee and a table d'hôte. On the bell tower side, you can be inspired by the history of the Tour Saint-Nicolas. The open kitchen invites our eyes to grasp the activity in the kitchen. Chief Yohann Magne highlights seasonal and local products (village wine, beer from the neighbouring village, lake fish, etc.). The menu is an invitation to explore the world's cuisine, including of course "Lavaux brands, ready, go" for appetizers and for the starter with the briochette of snails in parsley, red onion pissaladière with oregano... You can be guided to "Lavaux douce" or "Lavaux, cows, pigs" for the choice of the main course... An ode to authentic cuisine in a bucolic and historically rich setting.
