Located at the gates of the Grangettes Reserve, a stone's throw from the Bouveret and the Swiss Steam park, the Star restaurant is first famous for its selection of fatty livers, to be tasted from March and green our friends périgourdins or Alsace! Fresh morels, white asparagus, meat and fish on the menu are also worthy of large tables. We appreciate the season maps with, in summer, a beautiful selection of fish from the lake and sea as well as a famous bouillabaisse in the region. In the fall, the game is honour. With a wine card with more than 120 vintages, this is an address where you can spend a delicious time among gourmets!
