This classical music festival (the most prestigious in Italian-speaking Switzerland) has a long and beautiful history behind it since it was born in 1946. Today, the festival presents more than six symphonic concerts, a few concerts with chamber orchestras or choirs and five to six recitals for solo instruments or small chamber ensembles spread over several days in a magical place, the Chiesa Collegio Papio, with very good acoustics. Since its inception, the event has attracted great performers and actively collaborates with the Orchestre de la Suisse italienne.
