An atypical, rather unique (only three in the world) and original concept has just been set up in the city of Cartagena. Since December, about 25 convicts from the San Diego Prison for Women have been serving and cooking meals for clients. A new experience that is a second chance for them. This idea seems to intrigue the many visitors who frequent the restaurant. A great potential for this place that allows these women to re-socialize while offering good dishes such as "cartagenera posta" with coconut rice... Very elaborate dishes that the inmates were able to learn during their training with great Colombian chefs, before the opening of the restaurant. Made with meat, fish, vegetables and quinoa!
