The Tour of Oman is a cycling race created in 2010 by Amaury Sport Organisation. The event consists of 6 stages, covering a distance of almost 800 km through the country's most beautiful regions (Al Batinah, Al-Dakhiliyah, Al-Dhahirah). Cancelled in 2020 and 2021, the race has since resumed and is considered one of the Sultanate's major sporting events. The Tour de France-style organization brings together champions from the Middle East, but not only... racers from Europe and all continents take part in this now famous race.
