As you probably already know when reading this guide, tickets to the World Cup are available on the FIFA website. Besides, if you are among the lucky elected people, you are probably already in possession of the precious sesame. If not, you will have to get one!
To do this there are two procedures: the draw and the free sale "first come, first served". The sale is divided into three phases: in the first phase from September 14 to November 28, 2017, more than 742 000 tickets were awarded! The second phase of sales runs from December 5 to April 3, 2018 and itself consists of two periods: the award by draw, which ended on January 31, and the free sale, which began on March 13. A third "last minute" phase of free sales is scheduled between April 8 and July 15: you absolutely need to rush into the FIFA blue card in hand, having taken care of having created an account before!
The individual tickets. Tickets are available for matches of your choice, except the opening game and the final. Category 4 seats, the cheapest ones, are reserved for the Russians. For Category 3 tickets, count $ 105 for chicken matches, $ 115 for eighth, $ 145 for quarter, $ 185 for semi-finals and $ 175 for small finals. Special tickets exist for persons with disabilities and those with obesity.
Site-specific tickets (one stadium). They can allow you to attend all the chicken matches and eighths organized in the chosen stadium. They may still be for sale in Phase 2, but for example, team-specific tickets were all sold in Phase 1.
The fan tickets. They are reserved for members of an official association of supporters of a national team, such as the FFF Fan Club, which has been assigned a ticket quota upstream. They allow you to attend the ball matches of the team concerned. Conditional fan tickets allow you to attend the games of the second round, provided that the team in question is qualified. They were for sale during the first phase (draw draw) in Phase 2, but they can always be purchased through a specialized agency.
