Created by Beachcomber hotels, the Ultra Trail Raidlight Beachcomber is a sporting event in which several full-nature events are offered using the lines chosen and delimited by Benoît Laval, one of the greatest specialists in the French trail. Each event takes place in a single, free-paced step, in a limited time: The Blower Trail covers 10 km for about 100 metres of cumulative difference, semi-autonomy and 5 h maximum; the Trail de la Perruche, 47 km for about 1 600 metres of difference to be travelled in 12 h maxi; The Ultra-Trail, the major test, takes place over 120 km for about 8 000 metres of cumulative difference to cover in 35 h.
