Made from pure cane juice, Labourdonnais rums are made at the first pressing, using a manufacturing process that combines traditional methods with more modern techniques to guarantee a high quality finished product. Two ranges are developed and distributed in most supermarkets on the island and in wine shops: the Classic range, which includes Labourdonnais Original white, Premium white Classic Gold, Spiced Gold and Aged rums; and the Fusion range of arranged rums, which offers a variety of 9 different flavours: citrus fruits, vanilla, spices, calamondin, orange, coffee range, ginger, coffee vanilla and citronella. All the products used for slow maceration (3 months) come directly from the orchards of Labourdonnais - the most important fruit production in the country.
