BAZAR CHORSU
Go there and contact
From the metro to the Chorsu station, take the stairs leading to the main bazaar of the bazaar, the open evening tchaïkhana are on top, one on the right and three on the left. There is no need to hope to find a francophone or a menu in English, so if you don't speak Russian or Uzbek, start by taking the kitchen tour to track all the proposed dishes. As these are systematically presented, you only have to point your finger. Traditional chachliks and soups are always found, laghman, ravioli (chuchvara or manty), eggs. On the price you can make a feast for less than 3 € and you eat correctly for half (a soup or salad and a pasta dish). More than for gastronomy, tchaïkhana are an attraction for who wants to taste an authentic atmosphere and connect with the Uzbeks. The atmosphere is always warm, even family, and guests are curious about everything. For lunch, always at the Chorsu bazaar, but on the right side of the main hall by the metro, you can find all the specialties of Uzbekistan at several booths with small tables each. The atmosphere is even more picturesque, we eat a plov, guts or samoussas, between carpets of carpets and coats, while the cooks are used to alpaguer everything to make them a client.
