A good address for tight budgets that don't want to excentrer. The house of Rustam and Matluba is located 200 m east of the Liab-i-Khaouz. The hotel was very close to the city centre and the city centre. Don't announce to Rustam the rates charged by its competitors, it borders the fainting every time. For him, luxury is in the city, and the rooms serve only to sleep. Rustam and Matluba speak only a few words in English, which gives a more authentic character to their warm welcome.
