Behind this singing name (Yangi Shamol literally translates into "new wind") hides the former Tara, very well known and popular holiday travellers and that taxi drivers will identify better under this old name. No air conditioning, no television, improbable bathrooms and sleeping beds to the point of reaching the ground, but a price that is challenging all competition and always so relaxed. Disadvantage: The hotel is located very far from the city centre.
