The second hotel Arkonchi, located in Dichan Kala, near the north gate, is a light version of the first, with single but spacious rooms and two large reception rooms decorated with President Karimov's portraits and carpets. As long as you negotiate a bit of the prices (which is practically impossible in Arkonchi D)), the hotel offers good value for money for a good location. Internet access for hotel guests.
