Do not hesitate to negotiate because it is clearly expensive for the quality of comfort offered and the hotel does not have a formal license to host tourists. Rooms are spartan, bathrooms are often unusable and electricity is not guaranteed in all rooms. The reception is, however, jovial, and the hotel manager even speaks a few words in English. Excellent location in the heart of the city.
