Courtier is the gourmet restaurant of the Weissenhaus hotel complex. It is housed in the estate's main building, a 400-year-old castle. You'll find a 6- or 7-course menu of refined dishes. All dishes are paired with a bottle of wine. Vegetarian options are also available on request. During your stay, you can also take part in cooking classes to learn how to make ice cream or traditional breads.
