Opening hours Serbia
To see / To do Serbia
The opening hours of most establishments vary with the seasons, so check their websites. Many places are closed out of season.
Take a break Serbia
There are not too many hours to drink alcohol in the country. Don't be surprised if you have a little rakija at lunchtime (or as early as 10am).
(To) please yourself Serbia
Here again, an interesting practical aspect. The hours are generally much more extensible than in France. The working day starts early because the sun, especially in winter, rises and sets earlier. The working day runs from 7am to 3pm, even if we feel a change towards a more European style; the shops are therefore based on these hours. Small shops open at 7am. The post office, banks and pharmacies are open at 8 am. The interest for the tourists that we are is that the shops do not close before 8 pm. Sometimes, the commercial practice extends until 10 pm. On the other hand, on Saturdays, as in Germany, you will not find a store open from 3pm. So don't forget to do your last shopping around noon, it's safer.

The nightlife works more or less like in France. Restaurants are open until midnight, bars until 1am and discos until dawn, of course! The night trade is also very present: at the exit of these bars and restaurants, you will always find a grocery store or a kiosk open all night long for your first cigarettes and newspapers of the next day. Since the clubs do not charge admission, they fill up quickly and it is advisable to go early.
