For more than 30 years, Luc Marchal, facing the collegiate Saint-Waudru, is seduced by his personalized and well-anchored cuisine in the seasons. The boss of the furnaces likes to accompany local products to others more classical but always quality: gras of fatty liver in rhubarb and apricot, beef fillet in croûte salt crust and its eight vegetables or several lobster preparations all right from the ground,… in dessert we are surprised by the icy soufflé to the chicons liquor, while the base of the chocolate, coffee and nuts, accompanied by its English cream should delight lovers of sweet sweets. Strong point of the establishment: the menu is regularly renewed, as is the card, with the head placing a point of honor to use fresh seasonal products. Classic hotel and warm welcome for a successful meal.
