Food festival in the south of the country in Qaqortoq, Nanortalik and Narsaq. It is dedicated to Greenlandic gastronomy and its actors.
Greenlanders love to celebrate their culinary culture and the Igasa food festival, which means "let's cook" in Greenlandic, is one of the best ways to experience it for yourself. It takes place in southern Greenland, a region renowned for its farm products, and focuses on Greenland ingredients while promoting self-sufficiency in the region. The different cities that host it are Qaqortoq, Nanortalik and Narsaq. It is also an opportunity to meet its stakeholders (farmers, hunters, fishermen, chiefs...).
