The Three Wise Men parade on beautiful floats through the streets of all the parishes, handing out sweets to the children!
January 5th is the day of the Three Kings and the Epiphany parade in all Andorran parishes. The Three Wise Men ride in beautiful carriages and distribute sweets to children. In Spain, as in Andorra, this religious celebration of the nativity is more important than Christmas: it is the day when good children receive their gifts! Traditionally, at breakfast time, the family shares the roscon de reyes, a ring-shaped cake filled with candied fruit and containing a hidden bean.
