On Saint Anthony's Day, celebrated in all the parishes, the local soup, escudella, is prepared in huge cauldrons.

On the day of this feast, which takes place in all the parishes of the Principality, tradition is meant to be brought to the lunch hour of the huge cauldrons in which the escudella is prepared, typical Andorran soup - full broth composed of fresh and dry vegetables and meat. Locals and tourists are invited to enjoy it in the village square, accompanied by a bis loaf and a priory wine. This feast is colloquially known as Saint-Antoine des Anes, because a few years ago, bêtes were blessed.
