PROTESTANT TEMPLE
Agadir's Protestant temple is a religious building that was constructed in the 1950s. Originally, monthly services were held in a small Red Cross house on the beach, then in the Hospital chapel and occasionally at the Rex cinema in Talborjt. The temple is accompanied by a presbytery. Agadir's Protestant temple has a rich history and has been the venue for many religious events, such as baptisms and communions. It has also been the gathering place for the Agadir-Taroudant-Inezgane-Tiznit parish. Pastors Lestringant and Bernel were in Agadir at the time of the 1960 earthquake.
