Orange wines! These are in fact white wines subjected to a process of long pellicular maceration. This fourth wine color was popularized in the early 2010s after a long period of disuse. A good opportunity to discover Slovenian wines. Tastings are organized all over the charming seaside town of Izola, in places full of history and allow to discover the richness of wine and gastronomy of the region. Wine lovers will find it hard to leave without a few bottles!
