Since 1976, every February we have celebrated the achievements of African-Americans and paid tribute to their central role in the history of the United States, a role that is often overlooked. Music and film festivals, parades, marches, conferences, exhibitions... The various cultural events also address current issues of racism, discrimination, violence and social segregation faced by the community. In 2023, the theme was "Black Resistance".
