Children from 4 years of age can receive a Junior Ranger diploma and/or badge in all state or national parks. The procedure varies little from one park to another. After several activities (still very short) depending on their age group, the young candidates must complete a Junior Ranger Book, available in each Visitor centre or with the Rangers. It is also possible for small blonde heads (or brown) to become Junior Ranger on the net and also learn much about the nature and history of the regions they are going through.
