On the occasion of the International Football Tournament in Toulon, the Petit Futé Costa Rica team was present with the Costa Rican national team. One match pitted France against the Ticos, our rookies won 2-0. Costa Rica drew 1-1 with Qatar. All that was missing was one more goal from France (who largely dominated the Netherlands 4-0) to take the Ticos through to the final. Too bad but what a great performance! The Little Face was the guest of honour in the dressing room to share the Cup handover with the players, staff and Noel Ibo Campos, Vice-President of the Federación Costarricense de Fútbol. Humility, sympathy and professionalism are the order of the day!
