When to go Denmark ?
The best time to visit Denmark is of course summer. The days are mild and long, the ideal time to enjoy the beach. But winter also has its advantages. The cities are very lively, and during the Jul (Christmas) period they are dressed in lights and decorations. As for the countryside, covered with its veil of snow, it plunges us into the tales and myths of the Nordic countries. The off-season, in autumn and spring, rivals in color. Then, nature is Queen!
Rather mild in general and generally humid, the Danish climate is oceanic in nature, with no great cold (or rarely; the record temperature of -33°C in 1942 does not seem to be about to be beaten), nor great heat, even if sometimes in summer the mercury approaches 30°C. In short, to visit Denmark, a small wool in all seasons and an umbrella will be essential in your suitcase.
