After the Middle East and Europe, the Alma Chamber Orchestra continued its international tour in the Maghreb. Under the baton of conductor Lionel Bringuier and the artistic direction of Anne Gravoin, concertmaster (and wife of Prime Minister Manuel Valls), the Alma Chamber Orchestra, with its fifty musicians, gave an exceptional concert in Algiers on 17 February before continuing a triumphant tour on 19and 20 February in Rabat and Tunis with pianist Denis Pascal and the famous cellist Gautier Capuçon.
The Alma Chamber Orchestra, through its performances - with music that is open to the world, to all cultures, in all repertoires and for all generations - works for the rapprochement of peoples through music that is a universal expression.
