The trains are managed by the SNCFT and serve the largest cities in the country (Tunis, Bizerte, Hammamet, Nabeul, Sousse, Monastir, Mahdia, El Jem, Sfax, Gabes, Gafsa ...). The network extends over 2 260 km for a traffic of 40 daily trains (passengers). The network is connected to the Algerian and Moroccan railway networks.
